This gorgeous and lavish Malaysian-style water village of 20 newly renovated over the water chalets is built completely over the sea on ironwood pilings, reached by a long jetty, and the whole village is connected by a series of sturdy flowered walkways.

    Sipadan Permits

    The resort has access to Sipadan permits. Plan to stay for 5 days and 4 nights for a guaranteed dive permit to Pulau Sipadan.

    The newly renovated resort features 20 chalets offers something for everyone with a wide range of amenities and activities including complimentary public computers and free Wi-Fi in the lobby, a souvenir gift store and minimart, a helipad, camera and video rentals and processing services. The front desk are happy to assist with any requests and demands such as travel arrangements, bookings, and business fax and phone services.

    DIVE CENTER

    The state of the art PADI Dive centre is manned by well-experienced staff and dive masters, supplies good quality gear, lockers, showers and complimentary hot drinks and snacks. There is a good range of scuba courses for beginners to experienced divers, and diving packages are arranged to the surrounding dive sites, which you will be transferred to on their fully equipped dive boats.

    HOW TO GET TO
    SIPADAN WATER VILLAGE

    Fly directly to Tawau airport or transit in Kota Kinabalu and from there take a 40-minute flight to Tawau. From there, the resort staff will meet and transfer you to Semporna in about 90 minutes. From Semporna, you’ll take a speedboat from the jetty to Sipadan Water Village on Mabul Island. Scheduled boat times from Semporna are: 9 am, 12 pm Noon and 3:30 pm. To catch the last boat transfer from Semporna, make sure your flight arrives before 1.30pm. When departing from Mabul island, plan to take the 10:30 am flight or later out of Tawau.
