    Sipadan Permits

    Borneo Divers Mabul Resort is allocated 14 permits a day. Stay 5D/4N and get a guaranteed Sipadan dive permit for diving at Sipadan.

    Borneo Divers' muck diving housereef is amazing. They have created several reef conservation efforts such as planting seagrass and artificial corals, and they’ve taken on the role as ‘Guardian’ to the incredible surrounding House Reef with it’s fantastic array of marine life such as porcelain crabs, moray eels, sea turtles, colourful nudibranchs, leaf fish, lobsters, bamboo sharks and frog fish to name but a few.

    HOW TO GET TO
    BORNEO DIVERS Mabul resort

    Fly direct to Tawau airport or from Kota Kinabalu, take a 40-minute flight to Tawau. From there, the resort will transfer you to Semporna in about 90 minutes. From Semporna, the resort speed boats will take you to Mabul Island. Plan to arrive at Tawau airport by 11 am at the latest for your resort transport pick up at the airport and to get you to the island on the same day, otherwise you may have to stay overnight in Semporna or Tawau.

    Ground and Boat transfer times from Tawau airport to Semporna are at 8:30 am and 11:00 am. On departing, try to book the 3pm flight or later out of Tawau so that you don’t have to leave a day earlier.
